Can a woman hold a leadership position in church?

Many people debate about whether or not women can take on the role of a paster in a church. What does the Bible actually say about this? Is the view of female leadership we have today (or even in the past) consistent with how the Bible portrays female leadership? What about all the other rules in the Bible that aren't just being a paster? Do females have any role in ministry at all?
